“Let me upload this on Facebook.” I heard my cousin say this as soon as his mother said you have got chickenpox. Now this is what I call addiction. Social networking sites have done their best in interfering in other’s businesses. It has now grown and it is going to get bigger. If we look at its growth we can surely say that people who are not able to communicate face to face use it the most. It gives them a so called virtual hiding place. This is not just with communication but the same is applicable with marketing. Now one way marketing is outdated where people use to make campaigns for making people aware about their new product or scheme. It is all reciprocal. Almost 80 per cent of the markets are now virtual and are gaining their customers through Social networking sites.
